Okay so MW3 came out tonight. Anyone bought/played it yet?

I havnt got mine yet, waiting for my damn pay to go through....

yeah, picked it up at midnight release. game is good, the online part is better, no lag from what i saw so-far, but with that in mind, it was only australians and kiwi's online.
only 1 gripe i have is the speach. black ops, the mic speaking was wonderfull, it was clear, just briliant, so-far with the mw3 the speach has been shit, it's like a mobile phone that is cutting in and out.

Maybe the mic will get better. There would have been alot of internet traffic last night.

There would have been #### all last night because Australians got the game first, something like 12 hours or so before anyone else.

I've bought every other COD game before this but the careers just arent hard enough or long enough anymore. + the online gets shit by people who camp and tube... May buy it when its cheaper but for now ill stick to FM4.

GO TO JB HI-FI website and buy a selected game from their list from Harvey Norman or elsewhere for like 40 bucks and its a straight swap! On PLAYSTATION BUY INFAMOUS 2 FOR 40 bucks!

Yeah he was only playing on Australian/NZ servers so their still would have been alot of people.

Yeah i picked it up yesterday, just playing through the story at the moment. I quite enjoy the story since it follows through all the CODs.

Haven't been online yet, but youtube SandyRavage, he has some footage of him online. looks like great fun!

I play on PC though, I can't seem to get used to FPS on consoles, just feels un-natural!

6 to one, half a dozen to the other.

Have you played Battlefield Bad Company 2? Have you played MW2? Game play is much the same between them (point, shoot, kill) but it all depends on your preference. I liked MW2 a lot, so went with MW3. Bad Company 2 was ok, but I couldnt get into the multiplayer side of things.

Best advice, check out youtube clips of game play and see which one you like the best. IMHO you will find nothing but bias reviews of each game online.

Are you playing on PS3, XBOX or PC?

p.s. how did you get on with your laptop?
