hi

got a wii with no power supply and hooked up a 12v power supply the same wattage as the wii or higher and the red light comes on and when you push power the blue light around the disk opening doesnt light up and you cant hear anything.

havent yet plugged it in a tv and havent yet got the proper power pack, only used one in the shed and a 4a battery charger which has power and put a cig lighter plug on and plugged it in the cars cig lighter and it does the same thing

any one know why
