ITUNES STORE no go?
hey guys, i recently installed the update for itunes,
now since this has happened i cant access the itunes store!!!!
i have unistalled itunes, reinstalled it a number of times and still i cant access the itunes store!
im not computer minded with solving issues bar the basics.
any help solving the above issue would be very muchly appreiciated!

Do you have any internet connectivity in itunes at all for example can you plug your iphone in and check for updated software?, do you have connectivity with other apple programs installed of your computer like quicktime?
can all other programs installed on you computer acess the internet with out a problem, in itunes go to help>run diagnostics and check for network connectivity and see where it fails the test.
Also check that windows firewall hasnt blocked itunes for some reason, have you recently changed your network configuration in any way?
have run diaognostis and all seems to be ok, itunes is allowed acces through the fire wall
has i tunes prompted you with a login screen of some sort?
yeah comes up wth all the login stuff.
i enter the correct info, but still cant connect
what does it say when it fails to connect?
it says nothing, the loading bar at the top just goes half way and no further
