Noob: Sending a file/video?

Hey guys, probably a pretty straight forward question, but if I had the need to send (well, receive one) a video, 48meg, to another member, what would be the best way to do this?

Is it a big file? Too big to send through a normal email?

Compress it on your computer 1st to a smaller size

Way to big for email.... Photobucket is the way to go.... Either that or rar it up and upload it to a website like media fire etc.

Either MediaFire, or YouSendIt. As Black_Stig said, wayyyyy too big for email.
