You can legally run a UTP cable through the roof to another room. As long as its not permantly wired to a socket theirs not problems, you buy them like the ffs.

Anyone looking at playing games on LIVE over wireless, I'd advise against it. Wireless can be laggy as hell, it'll completely ruin your online gaming experience. Wireless is ok for data transfer, but it simply has too much latency for playing fast action games.

I have the wireless adapter not problems with lag related to the adapter anyways. i used to play COD4 heaps and no lag (altho i used to blame lag when ppl ninja'd me):-P

If you want one cheaper try Ebay.

With regards to the 20 metre Ethernet cable sometimes thats just not a feasable option. the adapters are cheaper now and i'm quite happy with mine.
