What are you going to be using it for... and what do you expect from it?

First of all dont bother wiht 667 ram, go 800, its cheap enough.. also make sure your existing ram is 800 to.

You can get 2 X 1 gb of 800 ram starting from 46 bux (MSY)
The faster ram is going to be worth it in my opinion and is around the same price if you shop around.
Are you getting a shop to put this together for you, or you building it yourself?
The setup you have now really should be fine for flash editing, I use flash 8 no worries on a similar setup (3.4ghz, 1gb ram, same graphics). I would make sure its not software related its not running fast, especially if the hard drive is going in the new system.

It sounds like you dont want anything completly out their, just a more modern system will reasonable specs. With that in mind, Id say you have made a reasonable choice, asides the RAM, i would go 800 as a minimum, but you dont have to.
The CPU is within the good value for money price range at the moment, and I put one of those graphics cards (asus version) in a computer the other week, the client and I were both happy with how it performed, and should play most games alright, i didnt test it with any games.
Aside from that are you running SATA or IDE drives, as that M/B only has one IDE port but 6 SATA, though as you will know you can still run 2 devices off an IDE port so unless your running a few drives your safe.

Also for good measure, have you thought about Intel vs AMD
The AMD are cheaper, spec for spec, though Intel do offer some other cool features, its really own to personel choice. Personelly on a budget computer AMD arte better in my opinion as you can get alot faster CPU for your money.

I think thats a wise choice with the RAM, moving forward

Yeah SATA will be fine, just thought I'd address incase you were still using multible IDE drives.

And Personel choice is fine, just putting another option to you. There both very similar and do the same job at the end of the day.
