apparently these are the specs, this is not from rockstar but from gametrailers so not necessarily correct

Not quite sure you understand the concept of "exclusive". These agreements were made a long time ago, and console manufacturers paid alot of money for it.

Mods for the game are great, but pc users certainly won't be getting the chapter content console users will be getting, they may however get different content.

Most games are always better on PC. But having a console means you can play them sooner.

Plus the P3 plays BluRays and is my Multimedia connection centre. So it's win win win!

TroyRulz007 those system reg specs seem to be right or not as somebody posted the unoffical specs on the gta forums but the thread got closed by the mod

I've noticed in the all the gta series that only one tyre smokes up when drifting and handbraking around corners and yet when doing a static burnout both tyres spin like its a got open/lsd diff

Good luck porting an xbox live or playstation network downloadable addon to pc... Which is what you're suggesting with "legally or not".

In fact, I'd say it couldn't be done as there are no tools out there currently that could allow it. If a console manufacturer has paid money for exclusive content, you can almost guarantee it would remain exclusive.
