Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone plays any mmorpg games. I want a FREE game to play (I don't want to pay to waste my life away). I've played WOW (on private server) for ages but got a little bored of it. I was wondering if anyone else plays games such as WOW on a private server (which is good to play, not much lags/downtime/bugs).

The games HAVE to be 3D, Third Person, RPG, Real Time. So don't tell me runescape, flyff, rose, silk or any of that ****.

Suggestions anyone? (can you also post the private server site)

What would be the point of posting a private server site on a public forum?

Just subscribe like the rest of us do... Who can't afford $15 a month?

Eve and Warhammer are both awesome. Eve requires a lot of time though.

I kinda need to know what servers are good. Wow from memory is $42 for 60 days :P The thing is I work and I have uni and have martial arts etc. Therefore I don't get a lot of play time sometimes and hate paying for **** that I can't use.

Maybe I will start paying :P If I cant find anything.

I Play Guild Wars myself.

Pay to acquire and free to play, best thing is your characters don't expire if you don't renew your subscription, so casual play was in mind when it was created.

I have guild wars, awesome game. But there's not much of customization in it and the expansions arent very good. I've got factions and nightfall but never really got into them. Theres guildwars 2 coming out some time. Wonder how that will be.

yeah I'm waiting on Guild Wars 2, Haven't played #1 for a while now, too many other things to do. and have done most of everything in that game.

I play WoW on a private server, sometimes. I haven't for a couple of months. I don't play WoW often enough to justify a $20/month subscription fee. That, and I have better things to do with my money.

But, there have been two free MMORPGS which I've played, both hosted by 'nDoors'. They are Rappelz Epic V, and Atlantica Online which was just released. Rappelz is a bit of a grind, very similar to WoW but obviously has some differences and is click to move (you can't use the arrow keys).

Atlantica Online is different, in a way. You basically control yourself and some mercenaries of different classes whose abilities require to use some tactics while playing. The game is pretty fun, it's a big download (over 1gb from memory).
