Default Which ISP do you use and is it any good?

At present, I am in the position of having to tolerate a download speed of 64kbps, because I have exceeded my monthly limit (15GB).

It's a right pain in the **** - I could walk faster from Sydney to Melbourne some days!

My contract is ADSL2 (1500k/256K)with AAPT and the 15 gig costs about $60 per month. No excess fees - you just get throttled (literally) to about dial-up speeds until the new billing period starts.

I suppose 15 gigs is pretty generous - haven't exceeded it before, so I shouldn't complain.

Which ISP do you guys use and is it any good, or do you intend to change at the end of your current contract?

    Virgin..

It's actually improved of late i must admit. Also the extra speed offered at no charge seems to have offered some stability somehow.
Not everyday you go from 512kb to 2500kb plus. Downside is a small 4gig @ $60 with home phone free calls local std free voice mail etc.

    8mb ADSL1
    102 gig limit (54gig peak/48 gig offpeak)

Usually people say they throttle speeds with p2p but i havnt had any problem with them and they havnt been throttling my speeds and i use the 102gig every month

I'm with TPG, still only ADSL 1 available in my area.

    25/25gb limit. 60 a month I think.

ADSL2 is cheaper, that's what annoys me.

But yeah I've been with TPG for a few years now, no complaints, customer service is great.
