Who plays LFS online?

Im thinking if there is enough of us, Ill set my server up to host and we can organise a time for JC members to compete against each other for a bit of fun.

I only have the demo, but buying it soon, but would be happy to host a demo server, to get more people interested.

People who are playing: What do you use, wheel(which one), or ak eyboard, gamepad etc?

For people who dont know what LFS is, its a racing simulator, and a demo can be had for free of the website (link below) and is a lot of fun and very addictive.

We were playing it back in beta days when we needed a new game after World of Pirates went to crap.

Sure is, theres now a Series 2 licence aswell as series 1 licences. Alot has probly changed since the Beta days lol.

Yes you should get it again and come race and God I hate people who attempt to drift, especially in a serious race and you end up running into or getting smacked by some idiot 5 laps down attempting to drift.

I have been playing this since S1A back in 2005.

Just so people know. This will improve your driving ability if you are using the correct setup. No its not a real car but it will improve your judgment and give you the basics of car handling (ie. not to slam your brakes on while taking a corner.). Not to mention they also use this to train F1 drivers before they put them in a real car.

I have an S2 licence and i have a custom version of live for speed i have made that will alow you to modify the engine to drop in v8's :P It is also all HD so looks a ton better.

First time my mums partner played he nearly hit a parked car as he was so use to getting very close to cars, the second time he went to down shift his automatic, into reverse, apparently its makes a lot of noise when putting it into reverse at 40km/h lol.
Also I went from playing to jumping in the patrol, my mate was like "WTF, why are you quick shifting" lol.

yeah i play it sometimes. im not that great at it, but wouldnt mind a race sometime. not sure what licence i have though

i used to have a s2 keygen thing but got bored of it i auctully used my ps3 control with a computer driver to play was mad fun

i used to play the demo, only like drifting though. i have the best drift setup ever. perthmods drift was awesome until it disappeared. after that i couldn't find a server that counted drift score, so i quit.
