    already onto that, its alllll on my ipod and im going to use someone else's computer to virus scan the contents of my ipod so i dont get this freaking vitrus back, i tried all my virus scans and it cant find it, i KNOW its there because it pops up with a little box saying intervalhehehe every 5 mins or so,

    Don't forget your favourites from your choice of browser (Hopefully Firefox!). I always manage to forget those.

    Also, if you are formatting and installing Windows XP, if you have SATA drives you may need to acquire a floppy disk with your SATA drivers on them, or slipstream your SATA drivers into a Windows CD, otherwise you won't get any harddrives to choose to install onto.

    Do you have all your motherboard drivers nad such ready? Perhaps spend some time downloading the latest drivers from the manufacturers website onto a usb key before you re-install. Nothing worse than not being able to get the drivers you need because you can't get online for the lack of network drivers.

    Yeah lol. but its still a good bit of advice. If you dont have the latest drivers for your graphics card it can lag on the screen, so you'll be downloading the drivers you need for ages. >_>

    The best way to get rid of the Intervalhehehe virus is to download a program called "superantispyware" this will get rid of it. Saves the hassle of reloading windows.
