Need a bit of help here

Just recently ive been getting weird results when doing Google searches.
If for instance i type in Just commodores , i get lots of results with the words "Just" or " Commodores" but not the justcommodores web site .Some results look like the JC one but direct you to another site .
Heres an example

Sounds like you have the google redirection virus. I have removed this virus from many PC's recently.

To fix this you will need to download Superantispyware and "Combofix" on another computer and then scan your computer in safemode to remove it.
This virus will redirect any google search to a completely different site, meaning that you can't download the removal programs on that computer.
