printer problem , no red or yellow
hey guys, our Epson C65 colour printer has a prob. we didn't use it for a year or so, now some colours don't print. when you shake the cartriges you can hear there's plenty of ink in them. How can i get the ink to flow ? any ideas what the prob is. thanks

its proberly clogged the flow cause its been siiting ther for so long...usally of the settings on the printer will hav a cleaning process on it, that shud fix it maybe.... if not try n get a pin n poke the holes...idk try sumthing...or just go buy urself a new printer..ther fair cheap these days

Personally, I'd try using the printer's cleaning routine first (don't go poking anything into the cartridges, as you will only damage them).
If that doesn't work, then you may want to price a new printer over the cost of replacement cartridges for your current printer.

Just had the same problem with ours mate and i have tried the cleaning routine over and over for no results so i'll be buying a new printer in the next few weeks. As mentioned they're cheap so who gives a rats.

They maybe cheap but the cartridges for the cheap ones are over priced.. you need to look into the cartridge costs for each printer..
You can still get cheap ones, but just be wary..

Meh, i'll probably go laser anyways. Especially for the amount of times i use it, i think the old man might have one that he's not using....
We don't buy ink cartriges anymore we just buy a new printer when they run out lol
