LS1 flywheel bolts - one use only torque to yield type?
Torque settings for flywheel bolts would be awesome if anyone has them handy
Same again for bolts to mount T56 bellhousing to LS1
Thanks, will probably have more questions as I find things I forgot

flywheel should be new bolts step 1 tighten firmly, step 2 50Nm, step 3 100Nm
clutch housing bolts 40-60Nm
i got told to use loctite aswell for flywheel just to be sure
Yep they'll be loctited. Honestly I'm probably going to reuse the bolts from the flex plate, since Holden quoted me a rather unfriendly $82 for six bolts so they can go and get ****ed.![]()

Reckon they'd survive until the clutch dies and I go to a lightened flywheel... ? I flat out refuse on principle to pay $82 for some throw away bolts. Any suggestions on where else to go to get some new ones?

try ARP. my flywheel bolts from holden were $12 each (torque to yield). i got a set from ARP for $16 (for 6) and they are re-usable

Yep, get ARP. They are cheaper than GM genuine. There is no way I'd be reusing those GM bolts either, a few $ vs. potentially a flywheel coming through your floor right next to (or through) your feet...
Ended up going with ARPs after discovering the LS1 flex plate bolts and flywheel bolts are NOT the same.
