    Default HELP: Inlet manifold

I got my vxss s1 LS1 back from service last week and they in formed me that the leak was from the vally gasket. I went to my local car shop and they informed me that this is a intake manifold gasket. When i pulled apart this and changed them and put it all back i found my car had no engine Temp. Could doing this gasket change broken something? whats my next step?

yeh check the plugs near the back off the manifold and wiring, i left 2 off when i did my valley plate gasket by accident, one was throwing a fault code and one wasn't, just check and trace all the wiring around the inlet manifold and you'll either find one disconnected or a broken wire.

Plugs towards the back of the manifold are for oil pressure and cam position. The one you are looking for is on the front corner of the passenger side head. People often lean on these which results in them breaking, or it could just simply be not connected.
