Good Tuner in Sydney?

Hey guys, i will be getting my VE SS shortly and would like to get it tuned asap. I will be more than likely getting a 2.5" exhaust, DUspeed OTR and the tune all done at once. Where about do you guys recommend around the sydney area? Im located on the central coast but am happy to go to sydney to get the best out of my car.

i have read a few good things about oztrack. i also read good things about cv performance and there price seems fair aswell. Anyone been there?

i took mine to castle hill. full exhaust otr and tune. made 240rwk on fat 20s. on a vy 6spd

I got mine through OZTRACK. Very good value, good service. no complaints after two years of driving it in current state. I would also not hesitate going to Castle Hill Exhausts or Marranos.
There are so many trustworthy LSX tuners in Sydney for everyone's budget.

a mate and i took his manual Vy sv8 sedan down to sydney this morning. We went to CV performance. His car has hurricane headers, hi flow cats and a 2.5" catback on stock 17" wheels and it produced 201rwkw. After the tune and DUspeed OTR it finished up with 260rwkw. Is that crazy good for a LS1 or wat?

There are a few good ones depending where you are in Sydney.

North --> CHE
Inner west --> Marranos
West --> Sam's, CV, Oztrack.

Now 260rwkw from a tune/Exhaust/OTR is a little hard to believe(Could have been a happy Dyno as they say...)...

Look at it this way if it made 201rwkw before all this and now makes 260rwkw, that's a 30% increase in performance which is very hard to believe not without some other bits like 25% underdriven pulley and even possibly a cam. Not saying anything bad... just hard to believe based on what you have just said.

yea i agree but hes got the papers to prove it. I will be getting a ve ss manual sedan tuned soon and will be taking it to CV for sure. It was quite cold and raining this morning but still 260rwkw is very high. As far as we no thats all its got unless something is hidden and we cant tell.
