could someone tell me how many camshafts a 2007 ve v8 has. i am looking at caming it and would like to know what is the best recommendation to make it sound really lumpy and go hard. it will also be fitted with an x force 3 inch system. im open to suggestions thanks.

VE V8 has one cam. Most people go 23x/23x but I went 218/234 @ 113LSA and it goes like the clappers, sounds meaty, has a nice shake to it and drives like a stocker

depends what v8? ls2 or l98? a ls2 would suit a 23x/23x cam but a l98 would prefer like a 22x/23x cam.

Mine's a custom grind, big secret
Stealth II cam by Oztrack in penrith. Has a great lumpy idle, goes hard up to 5000 rpm and as above, drives like a stocker around town.
