Fittings into LS1 Throttle body.

Hello, hoping someone can shine some light on my predicament.

I am trying to change the breather hose from the throttle body to the drivers side rocker cover to braided hose. The hose which I am using is -6 and will not fit over the factory barbs in the throttle body or valve cover.

I thought it would be a matter of tapping a thread into the push out fittings that are there and tap an 1/8NPT in there. the problem is that an 1/8NPT fitting fits straight inside the hole that is already in the throttle body and a 1/4NPT fitting is too large to be tapped into the provision on the valve cover.

Has anyone ever had this issue or have any light they can shine to get around this issue?

Check out LS1tech.com yanks would have done it you'll just have to search for it.

This guy has done it but he states he has aftermarket rocker covers that he's tapped a 1/4 into
