roller rockers

hi guys i am new to the forum i have vx gen3 that is black with clubby kit and 18" monaro rims. i have just fitted 1.8 ratio roller rockers it has made a fair power gain they are a bolt on 10% next will be twin 2.5" zorst and wide mouth cold air in take.

What brand are they?Certain roller rockers actually produce enough noise to activate the knock sensors.Have found that Crane roller rockers seem to be the best.

is this a Proven gain ?? or we just going by the Seat of our pants here ??

maybe a DIY guide would be good ?
