the wiring harness to plug a 5 litre into a gen3 ecu is that a mace product or do you know anything about it?
Hi Mate,
That product is from another company. He has info about it on that other Commodore forum.
Personally i wouldn't do it unless you can't find anybody to tune your standard delco ecu as the LS1 ecu won't produce any more power just a few more people know how to tune it.
It kind of irritates me actually, before the LS1's came out heaps of people could tune a 5litre Holden with standard ecu, now nobody seems to want to have anything to do with them![]()

The company that can help you out with such a loom are these guys
Sideshow's Performance Wiring - Home
In saying this though, I would highly recommend sticking with the factory ECU for the job. There are tools available to program these ECU for under $100
If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask.
