This has probably been asked plenty of times in this thread but i was wondering what is the better option to go a CIA either MACE or one of Original parts . com or go MACE Plenum/Manifold spacer with a manifold insulator, best option being more power and better breathing??
Thanks in advance
I'd go CAI, what other mods are you running ?
Value for money I would go with a manifold insulator first, preferably a 25mm item.
On the note of CAI kits, our VT-VY V6 kits are the easiest to install on the market.
If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Ive got supercharged pacemaker extractors, twin 2.5 xforce exhaust and twin high flow cats, not really after saving money i would like to no what is the best direction to go and now im looking at roller rockers what are ur thoughts as to what i should start with and what can i get more power out of as far as fitting i can do it myself with my dad so no problems there and plus MACE you have a very good HOW TO Section anyways =)
so what im asking is roller rockers by them selves, a CIA by itself or the Plenum and manifold?? as listed above.

is there a big difference in the High rollers and Ultra high ones i see that ultra ones comes with pushrods is it worth the money to get ultra or not really?
so i have the choice to get either of these 1:98 MACE Ultra high Ratio Rockers Holden V6 VS-VX Ecotec and Supercharged (L67) | eBay they are the ultras or these HIGH RATIO ROLLER ROCKERS FOR HOLDEN ECOTEC AND L67 V6 | eBay same price 450$. 2 things im concerned about 1. do i need to throw anything else in with the ultras and 2. do u think the ultras are worth it buying them second hand they look alright as far as i can see what u guys think?
if I were you I wouldn't buy the second hand items for the following reasons;
1) They may be damaged from improper installation or misuse (may not be visible but can cause problems in the long run)
2) You get a LIFETIME warranty if you buy from MACE
Do the smart thing
is there much kw difference between the two would the high rollers be okay or would u recommend ultra ones??
vxcp,
The difference in power gains are shown below for NA setups
1.9:1 10 to 13rwkW
1.98:1 13 to 20rwkW
If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.
