    VS Door Rattle?

    I have a series one VS, and have just moved into the country where the roads are in pretty bad condition (i'm from newy). It's lowered etc and has heavy duty suspension, but I've noticed that now my doors are rattling etc on just about every road! Does anyone else have this problem? Or know...

    $770 is just for the engine. a mechanic quoted me $500 to put it in.... i haven't actually got the engine numbers etc - still just getting a general idea.... my boyfriend thinks the mechanic is just trying to rip me off and that i don't need a new motor at all - just a few things fixed...

    to rebuild or not to rebuild

    i'm going through exactly the same thing! my vr has 250,000 kms, and has a pretty bad knocking sound when it starts, and i starting to miss etc. my mechanic said i'd be up for a new motor, and i'm looking at paying $800 for a used motor that has 200,000 kms....... what to do??!! :shutup:
