[NSW] 2004 VZ HBD Calais - Heavily, but tastefully modified

Hi Guys, My old VZ Calais is up for grabs. I bought it back in 2008/2009 and it was my daily driver for several years. I then sold it to my brother who used it as his daily driver for several years as well. Reason for sale = He just got a new mustang GT and owed me money, so I've taken the...

    Official Photoshop Request Thread

Is anyone able to throw some "Midnight Silver" HSVI HF-20 wheels on this wagon? Not sure if the pics of a set in this for sale thread will help...

    priority keys - vz calais

From memory the key changes the side mirror positions, drivers seat position, radio stations, and air-con settings. I can confirm that pressing the unlock button on the remote changes the above to the setting for that key. (ie, press on remote 1, seat moves to that spot, press on remote 2, seat...

    Differences between Statesman Series 1-3

To clarify, late 99 series 3 did, so not all series 3 have them.

[NSW] [SYD] FS - 2004 VZ Calais LS1 HBD

Any interest at all? I know having no pics up doesn't help, and am aiming to get some new pics taken this weekend and will post them up ASAP.

[NSW] [SYD] FS - 2004 VZ Calais LS1 HBD

Up for sale is the first of my two cars. Reason for sale is that I no longer use it, and could do with the cash to pay debts instead. This car has had most aspects of it modified except for the engine/gearbox/exhaust. It also has a fairly higher end "SQ" based stereo installed in it, but...

[SA] VZ calais door trim,VX garnish,VX headlight protector

Do the rear VZ Calais trims have any marks/scratches on them at all?? I'm trying to find a rear passenger's side that is in perfect condition, as mine was damaged when I bought the car (but the other 3 are perfect). Would you consider splitting the fronts and rears? I'm assuming not, but...

    Electric seats

Electric seats were standard on Caprices, and optional on some of the later model statesmans. "Prices for the VS Series II Statesman range start at $49,640 for the ECOTEC V6, with the Supercharged V6 costing $52,040 and the V8, $53,160. Statesman options include automatic load levelling...

VQ VR VS Caprice seat memory module

All good, was just curious. I've got an early series 2 seat and it's wiring looks like your pics (ie, messy) and a later series 2 seat which has most of that wiring consolidated into 1 loom and is alot neater. Wasn't sure when the change over period from one to the other was.

VQ VR VS Caprice seat memory module

I'm guessing those seats are from a Series 1 or an early Series 2 VS?

    body control module

I can confirm that this is correct. I got car jacked a few years back and had my only key stolen. Simply replacing my existing HI series (Caprice) BCM with another HI series BCM, and using the keyfob from that BCM got my VS wagon going again. Shows you how easy they are to steal

[NSW] Hsv holden vz 6lt senator wrecking parts, full conversion

Do you still have the seats/door trims? If so what $$ are you chasing for them?

    Installing a higher level BCM

It's do-able, but probably not worth the time/cost. It depends on how much you value your car :) Whilst not 100% the same, My VS wagon has had a BCM/Wiring swap from a low level (Exec) to a high level (Caprice). Climate control and all other Caprice/luxury features (eg, power windows, dual...

    VS commodore LS2 conversion

There is a thread on **************** with all the info you'll need. Assuming you're buying new (decent) parts, budget around $15-$25K to get it all in and running.

    L76 into VS conversion help

You obviously have no idea? Only 1 place sells "off the shelf" extractors for VN-VS LSX conversions and they cost $1800... and that is CAE. They are made out of average materials and still require modding of the firewall to fit. Custom stainless extractors made to fit your own car are...
