Changed my engine mounts and gearbox mount on the caprice. Wasnt as bad as a few of the threads made it out to be. Still don't want to be doing it again anytime soon though.

No and no. Plenty of guides to help you through it. You have to take off the alternator and disconecct the coolent hoses and a couple of other little things.

The pipe just pulls out, make sure your pulling straight. You should have got a replacement oring in your kit. Chuck the new oring on push the pipe back in when finished. It should seal fine, I just done mine recently and I didnt put any sealent around the oring an I have no leaks.
