Well when i put water in my radiator head after 2-3 days i have to fill it up again, not to much bit a little bit, and this is every 2-3 days not once in awhile, is this meant to happen or not? And my overflow bottle is full too.

Don't think anyone knows what i mean, well when i put water in the radiator i did it up then undid it and when i unscrewed it all the coolant come out from underneath the car, so there is a leak somewhere in the coolant tube, the one with the yellow cap.
