    Default HCVP's new daily

After a recent loss of license, i needed a new daily that didn't require going on the road. As i live on the railway line, i can travel along the line through the cane fields to get to work. Estimated travel time is about 10 mins

Make - Something from China with a Loncin motor

HP - Not sure, it's 110 cc i know that much.

Transmission - I thought it was a 3 spd, but after some searching it may actually be a 4 spd. (Yes it is a 4 spd lol)

Modifications - Had some stickers, i pulled them off.
DNM MRTC rear shock and spring
    Uni FIlter

    Stereo - Ipod shuffle

    Future plans -
    Remove and respray plastic bits.
Fit a head light, new battery, and maybe a tail light.
New rear shock and spring (ordered)
Replace air filter with washable uni filter (ordered)
    New front USD shocks
    Pro taper handle bars
    17'' front wheel
Lots of gold bits to go with the blue bits

Not really sure about performance mods. A Lifan 125 engine with a proper manual g/box brand new is $300. A decent exhaust alone just for this 110 motor ranges from about $100-150, even more if you want a dual setup. So i think the sensible option if i ever wanted more power would be to save up and just buy a replacement motor. But for now the power is plenty.

I rode it home, well home was just across the road i bought it from a guy who loves opposite me. When i pulled up at home i couldn't find neutral and i didn't know that the throttle grip actually twists both ways, and i put the bike into the garden was quite scary.

Anyways pictures up, check it out, HCVP's new daily.

Ok so i've ridden it to and from work a few times now.

First thing because of my 95kg fat arse it bottoms out on absolutely everything !!! So i've ordered a new rear shock and spring assembly which should arrive this week (picture attached below) and will hopefully help with that problem. The stock spring i believe is only 250lb rated, new one is 1000lb and shock is adjustable.

I've also ordered a Uni filter so i can wash it out. The element in the stock pod filter cant be cleaned and has allready gathered up quite a bit of mud no doubt restricting my 110cc of performance. (picture also attached)

I'm looking at replacing the front forks also as they are at about %75 compressed just sitting on the bike. Stuff for the rear of the bike is really cheap but front forks are expensive so i might have to wait until something comes up on Ebay or a forum...

Rear shock and spring now fitted !! Fully adjustable compression / rebound / preload, and is a lot better than the original unit.

Handle bars on their way, and doing something about those horrid graphics aswell.

Had to remove the exhaust because it wasn't clearing the new shock . Sounds crap when you start it, rev it and it sounds nuts

    I'll fix it soon though...
