    Default TheGenesis' 1974 HJ Ute

    Ths is the family heirloom.

    Bought brand new in 1974 by my Great Great Uncle Bob, He sold it to Gran in 1978, Gran sold it to Uncle Ray in 1988, Mum bought it of him in 2001 & now i have finally taken ownership

    Plan is for a full restore but may be a while away:

    173ci or 186ci (haven't decided)
    3 on the Tree
    Bench Seat
    Brown Interior
    Original 5" wide rims
    Sunvisor

    Venetian?
    Whitewalls?

    Let me know what you think.

    drop a 3.3 blue in there. You can use a 4 speed with the stock column shift if you can stand a separate reverse shift

    Lost track of the number of h series commercials I've owned.
    Horsepower = Torque x Engine speed / 5,252 =

    We actually have a 3.3 blue and 4 speed sitting here, but that's destined for my racecar

    That rat rod looks great! Love the stance, tough as.
