Normally i don't like small cars.
I lied I don't like small cars all the time.

But this car is a BEAST. Looks tough as. Perhaps if the stripes were a little more subtle.
My mate has a mondeo XR5 turbo. My GOD it's fast!

Mondeo ones are quite nice. If you think its fast, try the focii! More aggressive over all, lighter and shorter gearing

I also love the orange, only reason i didnt was i refused to pay $1,800 extra and then have to pay the additional priveledge of more money when repairing the inevitable paint damage from something happening!

For the amount of money those things go for you would assume that Ford could at least give a decent paint job. That paint job looks more like a backyarders doing.

lol obviously but that's not my point. Fair enough people post cars that aren't manufactured by Holden, but to later post a thread and clearly state the hatred towards Holden is just a slap in the face to the forum regardless of lyke 'D0 y3w reali5e wh@t 5ection y333w r in?' ..

Good looking little pocket rocket, take the sticker off the front window though, people who put car brand stickers on the top of front/back windows are so disappointing....we know what brand it is...we aren't retarded.

...also the pricing on these is ridiculous, you could"ve gotten a liberty GT for around the same price....thats where my money would"ve gone.

didnt mean anything by it other than the fact that car makers nowadays pass off finishes like that. through and through its a nice car, but like so many other new cars they really fall down on their paint work, its a real shame.

doesnt mean i dont like the car, nonono, it has a lot of strong points, just wish makers would pull their fingers out and pay a little closer attention.

BMW wish they could finish a car like that. That's one of the better finishes going around at the moment.

Had one of these over the other day for a quote - the paint isn't as full of peel as that pic indicates - but it could do with a good wet sand

    The pics look great, Josh!

Err, where did i state a hatred towards Holdens? I said i'm not usually a Holden fan - that doesnt mean i hate them. I like some of their cars eg SS, Astra Turbo etc, but there are others which i don't like. I also don't like all of Ford's line up, all of Ferrari's line up either...who would have thought eh?

I think you should learn how to read, pal

Hahah. I tend to agree about the sticker thing, its long gone now. At the time i was looking for some vinyl to use as a sunstrip and i got that for a couple dollars so used it as a short term fix. In the end i just got annoyed with the massive logos being on there so got rid of it and use my visor all the time now

Never seen a Liberty GT for $40k though??? You can barely get the 4pot n/a Liberty for 40k new?

Ah, got you now. Honestly it never concerned me. I see what you mean, but I personally like the look...i'm probably werid for saying that but to me it adds some texture to the paint when looked at closely - its not visible from any distance.

I could have refused to take delivery on it, but yeah as i said i liked it lol.

Cheers mate. Troy did mention that you has someone go to you - what colour, and did you catch their name??

After i posted up your details one of the guys on the forum asked me if you'd be open to doing a detailing day for the club at all, as the QLD crew had one recently - Basically just going through washing/polishing and general maintenance techniques with a demonstration. You be interested in that if I gauge the interest of the fellas and a few want one??

I'll shoot you a message about it once i've got a chace after all this uni crap is over. I've go no time for anything outside of work and uni atm!

SUBARU LIBERTY Cars For Sale - carsales.com.au

Doesn't need to be brand new, getting a car with 5'000 k's on it can knock 5-10k off the pricetag.

Could have gotten mine cheaper if i want 2nd hand too

But yeah, if i was offered now to buy them at the same price i'd still go the 5 but back when i bought it would have gladly gone liberty. Such fantastic cars! We've got the NA 4cly model and a mate has the 6cy, the 6cy is so smooth and quite ballsy and both of them handle very well for stock cars. I'm suprised at how low they come stock too

Is that impala of yours super long? I saw one the other day and OMFG it was HUGE! First time i've seen them in person - no idea what year it was or anything, but looked and sounded fantastic. Was the ol' cherry red
