Default 1999 MKIV Supra - Twin Turbo

    Name: David

Model: 1995 MKIV Supra - Twin Turbo (RTA got it wrong on the import)

    Colour: Silver

    Odometer: 97xxx

Bodykit: Standard kit & TRD Wing (In Gel Coat)

    Engine Type: 2JZ-GTE

Engine Mods: High-Flowed turbos, Fuel Cut defender

    Exhaust: Standard

Gearbox: getrag V160 6 speed manual

Diff: 2 way torsen lsd (Ao3b)

    Power: 250rwkw (supposedly)

    Brakes: standard

    Suspension: standard

    Wheels/Tyres: 17" BBS LM

Interior: Standard with odd seats (going to buy a matching pair asap)

Sound System: MP3 usb head deck upgraded speakers

Future Mods: Auto Turbo Timer, Boost Cut defender (Replace the Fuel cut defender) & Electronic Boost Controller. Replace Turbo seals (maintenance)

I now have the car, and, Its a 1995 rz six speed twin turbo, with the strongest driveline available for a supra. Local supra mechanic said i easily paid 1/2 price.

I will take some better pictures on the w/e. ENJOY!

It comes with a genuine toyota tool kit, all interior glovebox & centreconsole buttons (these are hard to find items from what my Friend in the game tells me)

The chandaleer isnt in there anymore, neither are the gauges.

    Thanks Cameron.

The plan is too keep it simple on the outside, with a nice power figure for now.

picked up the car tonight. OK first things that are going to be done.
    - New Turbo Seals
    - Exchange stupid Button clutch (Which is uneccessary for 250rwkw)
    - Fix heavy steering (power steering pump)
    - Install HKS Automatic turbo timer.

As much as a button clutch would be good.
    A) The car will be a daily
    B) A single plate heavy duty will be fine for now.

1/4 throttle tonight was the max i used btw and I was quite suprised at how easily 80km/ph appears on the speedo in second.

nice car but i agree lose the wing look 10z better without them.
dont waste money on the twins piss them off for a single and get an aftermarket ecu with a better fuel system you'll be in 400kw territory

    Oh BTW I hate you

    Thanks Pub.

Stay with me on the wing guys. MVP Motorsport Lip Kit and some better wheels with a more aggressive offset/stance, and the wing will fit right in.

As for the power side of things the twins will stay for now, we'll see what happens once I wind the boost up from stock 8psi to a calm 14psi.

Bare in mind I have come from a VR v6, so this car is mental in comparison.

ive always loved the supra's, dont like the wing much but will have to see what its like with the new rims, i know what you mean going from the vs to the supra, i went from a old 2.4L diesel Hilux to a VZ commodore ute, #### was that different lol

    Hozy said the same.

I'm going to agree with you as well - power is probably lower than that.

Love it :P the jz series engines are so damn epic... btw have a look on www.jzs147.com.au (aristo forums, but they have the same engine) and supra forums (aus and u.s)...

So the twins have been high flowed and steel wheeled? putting a bigger exhaust and changing the dump pipe will probably bring it upto about 12-14psi, but once you have exhaust stuff this 14psi pussy shit :P
If there ceramic wheels, most supra/aristo guys usually run between 16-18
If steel wheeled, wind the ####er upto 20+ :P

And since you have a FCD you can go over one bar without boost cut, but just make sure your a/f ratio's are alright aweeeeeeeeeeeeesome...

BTW wait till you get the power bug, you'll be throwing a big single on there in no time. also and look into an emanage ultimate when your thinking about getting a tune, its a piggy back but alot of guys use it and there is a guy called cihan who is on alot of forums who is apparently a god at tuning it

Goodluck dude you'll be beating ferrari's in and kicking back infront of the beach eating prawns with your friend dom in no time :P
