Got my plan all worked out for my goal of 300rwkw so time to start getting all the parts together.
First is my set of Coolerworx pipes.............FG's have a habit of blowing the rigid rubber pipes out over stock boost.

Drove past your work the other day saw the G6 in carpark.

How much does the pipework cost mate wants me to do his fg ute as he says he's got boost leaks. Was thinking it might be easier to buy an upgrade.

$488 delivered. Coolerworx is the best value for money, and clears a 4" turbo side intake.

Will mount up to the stock XR6T/G6ET cooler, stock F6 cooler, PWR stepped cooler, Nizpro, and the Stage 1/2 process west and plazmaman. About the only thing they don't bolt up to are the big 1000hp series coolers normally.

Started hitting a few things with some plasti-coat the other day, might do the wheels.
New tyres and a wheel alignment happening Monday.
Tuesday monster service is getting done (oil, oil filter, fuel filter, clean and re-oil air filter, decarbonise, clean throttle body and pipe work, etc) along with getting run up on the dyno to get a base line before mods start in May............warrenty is almost up!
Also purchased a Process West throttle body pipe, so no more plastic pipes, along with a venom bolt on 5" 100CPSI cat. Pics to come.

Yeah in the group buy mate, just the bolt on cat for now.
First round of mods will be replace all the pipe work, cat, injectors and tune.
Second round will be new intercooler, turbo side airbox, dump, ported housing and actuator, and maybe exhaust.

It's the rear tramp you gotta worry about. Well, for sure in the manual, not 100% sure in the Auto. Although minux doesn't think it's much of an issue. What rubber did you go with?

Tramp is bad in manuals and really bad in utes (leaf spring rear). Autos are fine unless your running alot of power or the diff bush is stuffed.
Diff bush needs doing, it's on the list.
I'll have to check exactly what rubber, told the boys I always use 4 tyres and a front and rear alignment for no more then $1k as I'm on the look out for new wheels. They are falkens, nice and quiet and hook up great in the dry, soon see in the wet.

Few more goodies turned up today. 5" body 100CPSI stainless cat, bolts up to the stock exhaust system. Cast throttle body elbow as well so now have no plastic/rubber cooler pipes.

Got a new battery as the old one was getting on in years. Ordered my turbo side intake and battery relocation kit, so planning ahead since the battery cables will be extended.

Did you decide on new rims yet? There's a REALLY nice G6ET getting around the Bayside area with super sexy rims on it... They're sort of a shadow chrome with pearl in them so they subtly change colour. Sound corny and a bit ricey but in the flesh they look fantastic!

I'm actually liking the sleeper look more. I have plasticoated the rear badges matt black, so the stock wheels are fine for now.
