    Default my LEXCEN

    Hi everyone,
Some of you would have seen my car in the vn/vp forum, but now its here. I have had the car for a little under 2 years now and done all the work up to this point myself, i know its all cosmetic but im trying to plan out as we speak what to do in the performance area. The cannon is coming off and a redback and pacemaker headers are on the way. Thats as far as i have gotten in that area so far.

here is a list of the things that have been done(all cosmetic)
    Interior Mods:
    *Painted trim (white).
    *Dual ports in parcel tray.
    *Dual guage pillar pod.
    *SAAS Boss kit
    *SAAS metalic green steering wheel
*Green neons (low on b pillars)
    *Glove box mount VHF scanner
*Boot light swaped for blue neon.

    Sound:
Head Unit: Sony Xplode CSX-S2200 mp3
    Front Speakers: stock 4"
Rear Speakers: Sony Xplode 200w 3-way 6by9's(on spacers)
    Amp: Boss BA-2900 4ch by 250w=1000w
    Subs: 2 10"Boss 800w
Sub Box: custom 237.5L single ported boot set up.

    Engine Bay:
Highlighted induction piping, washer and radiator overflow bottle.
Silver and red pipe cover kit on radiator hoses, heater and vacume lines.
Scanner antena monted beside left strut tower.

    Wheels:
Currently runing Bridgestone 205/65r15 RE92's on stockys
Normally run Bridgestone 225/50/r16 B530's on VT SS rims (being cleaned and re-clear coated)

Exhaust: 2 1/2 inch Redback with straight tail pipe

Here are some pics. tell me what u think.

    Thanx

P.S i have pictures of most of the work i have done as i was doing it.

Looks very interesting... What a shame it's a lexcen, Widest wheels you can put on a lexcen is 6" Before it *Suposidly* illegal...

Because Max wheel width for lexcen was 6".....

Looking alright though, Interior is strange, Boot is nice, parcel shelf needs work, Engine bay is once again strange.....

    But still mate, nice work

    Cheers

yeah i thought about the white but its hard enough to keep the interior clean let alone the engine bay. the green might not be a bad idea il get on photoshop and see what it looks like. thanx

Cheap mods are cai and k&n. After that they only get more pricey. Maybe some more cosmetic mods too. Change the boot garnish etc... that is, if you Do want it to look more like a Holden?

yeah the CAI and k&n filter i think will be the next thing on the list. i want to change the front bar (bumper) and maybe get some skirts on it but i dont know what will look best. as for the boot garnish i like the look of the lexcen one over the holden, but that might just be me so thats staying, but thanx for your input.

If you want cheaper ideas like these ppl have told you pod filters.

Not a bad looking car, its pretty dirty man lol anyways interior looks pretty good i like white. The boot is pretty cool.

& i reckon you should do the engine bay white, 2match the interior even if it gets dirty its not that hard to clean, & it'll look mad.
