hey guys thought id post some pics of my shops new porject car its a worst for wear at the moment but after our guys get finished with it.It will be of a show car standard.I'l keep you guys up to date with pics as we restore her.

my first car was a 5ltr HJ panny. what a weapon she was...
windowless, fatty mags, beautiful sounding twin system, cd player, and of course a mattress and an esky in the back..... ahhh the memories!!

will be interested to see how she goes along the resto. keep us updated

hey nar we were going to go with the factory colour but decided to go a little custom and she's going aqua blue with a white pearl pinstrip.something a little different

love it mate ive had a few older holdens a hq premier 308 a hj kingswood 253 and a 308 hx ute loved them all would love to get my hands on an old hq again to rebuild would be nice will be following the resto on this one keep up the good work

thanx for all the positive feed back this is the first time we've ever done a old holden or any old car for that matter thought I'd post some more pics of the rust and the inside.The trims a little dirty but once all the dust and crap get cleaned of it should look brand new.still deciding if we do the trim?

Oh yeah. If you mean paint/recover etc. then I'd probably say no. Keep it stock, but do it up! I don't like most of the custom interiors on these cars. Some are alright, but most I don't like. So I'd just stick with stock, but make it nice.

Yeah! Can't go past the interior of the old HJ/HZs eh!
You could always go GTS or statesman dash and that.......or maybe Premier/Stestman door trims (with the arm rest things)

Nice choice of colour. The original colour would've looked good as well I guess.
