new wheels on their way, 15x7" 13mm offset. set of 5 too, but one wheels buckled, which ill get fixed when i get the simmons reconditioned. made for the bmw, the 17s i painted i found were scrubbing on the rear control arm, so off they go.

Hey mate, love this project and great choice of motor. A word of those advice- that manifold is a piece of ****, cracks really easy, just go the stock cast one and save yourself some headaches

got my wheels today
middle ones a later version or something, as the face isnt machined and theres no machined line at the edge of the spokes like the others, still a MiM though.
buckled one
test fit of brakes ill be putting on once its on the road

well, the new hillclimb track is now open, and a whole 2-2.5ks from my house!!
will be getting some toyo r888 semi slicks tyres for these wheels about mid august.
also thinking about moving the vp out of the shed while weathers too **** for paint, and start getting stuck into welding the bmw

got my front and rear calipers done that will go on the bmw, and threw in the rear calipers for the vp finally aswell, along with a few manifold bits for dads vn

well, the vp is all snuggled up under a car cover and tarp outside and the bmw has reign of the shed, god it looks funny such a small car in the shed now
