    Default spring cut

    want to cut the springs on my EA sedan, how much should i take off? its the car i drive to the shops and back when i dont want to get the VP dirty so im not to fussed about ride comfort.

    how low ya want it? 1.5 coils usually, make sure you bend it slightly so the coil doesnt fall out of the strut or diff assembly.

    P.S. This thread will be closed or deleted pretty ****ing quick as 99.9% of memebers hate spring cutters due to the safety issues associated with it.

    would a safety issue be like that time i gave my mate vk a gaurdy and the spring fell out?? lol

    Don't cut springs.

    Do a search of past threads to read why.
