yeah oh well clutches go, i got the car going good, but i ended up in hospital because of the bloody car.....

lets say spring clips deserve to die!!!!!!!! (copped a direct hit to the eye hard...)
oh well ill be ok just gotta take it easy

so anyway i finished the car, and holy crap does it go better... it will axel tramp in 3rd gear when it comes onto boost (3rd gear pull)

as a result the clutch is really un happy, got my intercooler going on tommorrow, and ill do the clutch in 2-3 weeks and im going to get a new cat soon, getting a boost cut eliminator aswell, (bigger cooler = 15psi is safe!) so 15psi big cooler new clutch and free flowing exhaust should be good at the drags

ive got some vidoes of the weekends fun but i cant post them up here for obvious reasons

I thought supras had a straight six.......or so I was told.

LOoks good mate. Whats the empty gaps next to the indicators? Did you take something out of there for better airflow?

cant wait to see what times you run, i really love turbo's, nothing better than when the boost kicks in

yeah but all the commodores i looked at are in **** condition, imo nothing comes as close as the magna for value, i paid a little over $4000 for a 98 model with 190,xxx km, rwc and its in mint condition!

i was looking at a VT or a BA wagon (i wanted a wagon) but to get a good one id be paying close to 7-8k without RWC

PLUS id be tempted to do up a commodore, magna is FWD, has nice paint, its a 3L better on fuel than a commodore, etc many reasons for my choice
this car is to drive to work and back everyday (it will be getting LPG)

Yeah they look real good with a dished rim on them. It's a pity about that crack in the front bar would look very neat otherwise

front bars crap i just touched it up..

ive got a spare which ill get painted one day, and a spare nose cone,

im thinking i might go a button clutch now as its being promoted to weekender status..

no idea what ill do for rims, imo i dont care yet, current wheels have tons of tread left on them so why replace something that aint broke.. yet :P

i might pull the motor in a few months and stop any leaks, remove aircon (as you do) meanwhile fit the magna with lpg and ummm err drive it? :P

just orderd a exedy button clutch (not cushioned)

should be good for 300-400rwkw, also swapping to a 1JZ kframe crossmember (ive got the mounts) as my motor has the wrong engine mounts and its kinda rough / sets off the knock sensors i think

Should look something like this, im going to pick it up shortly
