Transmission: 5 speed turbo manual R154, Os Giken TS2CD twin plate clutch
Diff/Axels: 4.30 LSD, double wishbone IRS
Extra's: Digital dash, Few gauges, Gizzmo MS-IBC electronic Boost controller, Tokico Illumina II's Electronic Adjustable Shocks.
ECU: Haltech e6x
Audio: Engine noises!
Power: 307wkw @ 16psi

Im a fan of supra's mate nice car. How heavy is the clutch? Just need some 18's lowered, different front bar and romove the targa's permanently and it will look hot as.

umm yeah i got a jap spec front bar in my back yard just needs to be painted and rims will come !!!

the clutch is pretty heavy but atleast you know its going to hold good power, the cluch was fitted 3 months before the previous owner stopped driving it, i need to get a daily driver, i dont think i could drive it every day, daily will be a auto commodore v6 hehe on lpg

What rims have u got planned for it? Lol i bet the last owner was glad he spent a ****load on a triple plate and then stop driving it. Ill see if I can dig up a photo of this hot as mkiii supra.

hehe cheers, yeah i had my eye on this for the last 4 weeks actually (before the vp was smashed) and regardless of the vp i probbly woulda still picked it up...

im gonna get me a auto v6 + LPG sometime in the next few months, the supra will never see peak hour traffic, i dont think i could drive it in that traffic,

i picked it up for $2500, well yeah clutch has to be worth tons :P it feels REALLY deep, hydraullic aswell, you'll see me with 1 tanked left leg and a skinny right leg from the clutch...lol

VP has been sold, sitting sitting in my car port till it gets towed next wed..

as soon as the vp stops hogging the carport ill start work on the supra, the supra hasnt been touched since i got it... ive just sat in it a few times and made noises then took the roof off a few times...

i think its a TT version not 100 % sure if they come out in that?
neways nice pick up and would be nice once its all fixed up

stop wasting your time with fiddly things that arent the problem, if the problem was with the map it would of thrown an innacurate reading when it was diagnosed and it would be playing up all the time not just at startup.

7mgte gotta love those headgaskets better check the head isnt warped when you pull it off. Otherwise tough motor that can take a bit of power Come stock with 550cc injectors gotta love that.

i think you'll find 440cc injectors mate, still big! i got a 1UZ AFM sitting round too. and the heads getting crack tested and decked dead flat.. i plan to throw around 15-18psi at this motor

Just ordered a Arp head stud kit, Cometic Multi layered steel (1.2mm) headgasket

and im ordering Tokico Illumina II's all round (Aftermarket Electronic suspension for my supra) fairly soon



yeah airstrike its mainly the front guards, i like the yellow ones front bumper better, i want to fit one to mine i think it was a MA70, where the white one is a MA71

ive got all the money ive just been finishing up exams for my course (last of them ever!) soo now i can get stuck into it! the VP has gone to its new home and stopped hogging my carport!

yeah i knew they were some large injectors. Always been a fan of the old supra's my mate old man had jza70 tt we used go flog it in the back when he went interstate trucking. man it used dig some trenches...

What turbo upgrade have you got planned? 500hp about your goal?

yeha its set now so i can take the belt off just need the tool for the headbolts (allen keys) then ill have it off, get it machined, and fit a multilayered steel headgasket

got BSTILLEN shocks for the front aswell with any luck she should see the road in 2-4 weeks
