Hahaha cheers dude, been under it all day. My knuckles are prob just as bad as urs now lol, some of the control arm bolts and stuff are HUGE and are in TIGHT, need a massive breaker bar and what not.
Its much easier today though, yesterday at the wreckers without the proper tools and a concrete floor was HARD!!!!
But yeah still slaving away I enjoy it though, i get much satisfaction from doing things myself, good way to learn too

Me too lol, wanna buy it?
Anyways, new diff is in, all control arms and whateva the other arms are in and bolts are in.
Just gotta bolt up the tail shaft and put the brakes and hand brake on and that it...
Oh and im changing the oil in it for obvious reasons too so thats draining now, god i hate diff oil, i have been around it so much lately and i cant stand the smell of it!

Well... didnt get much more done on it, went to look at a car with a mate.
But tail shaft is bolted up now, but i half half shredded one of the pipe bolts for the brake line shattered as, its gonna be a bastard to get off. Luckily its the half that i dont need, but still gotta work out a way to get it off

Finally fixed the brake line issue, it was completely seized in. So had to swap brake lines from the diff to the join, it was a bit of a pain, because half of the nuts had been hacked already by ppl that must of used a shifter or spanner instead of the proper C spanner
Also have to replace all 4 studs on one side but meh, hopefully should be all done tmoz

Hopefully get a roady next week, been way too long.
Reverse lights still dont work, they are the only thing holding it back now.
Tried ringing around every where today to find a reverse light switch but no good. But then i tried bursons and they can get one. So might have to cross the dark side lol.
Fitted new studs today, that was a bastard!!! Brakes are fitted, now just have to fit diff cover, fill with oil, and bleed the brakes.
I broke the work light tonight so had to quit early, didnt have any spare globes

Alright sigma is back on the road .
New diff and everything is 100% in, brakes are bled (God it was a lot easier than bleeded the brakes on the clubby).
Drove fine, no weird noises or anything, i was sort of half expecting noisy bearings or somthing but its not noisy at all .
Also got hold of a reverse light switch, and its nearly ready for rwc
