    Default [RCH-13Z] - Beasty 0.9 Litre Sirion

This is actually my wife's car but since my car will be at the panel beater's for the next couple of week's I will be crusing around in this little machinnne!

    Make: 98' Daihatsu Sirion
Engine: M100 0.9 litre twin cam (hectic power)
    Box: 4-Speed Auto
    Mods:
    • JVC Headunit
    • Alpine Type S 6x9's
    • Alpine 4-Channel Amp

As you can see this is complete machine! Best aspect of this car this that a full tank @ $1.60 takes about $50 max....

    Default fark!

Car went in the other day to have a good check-up, brake change etc etc...

What eventuated was almost a $1800 bill.... lol

    - New shocks for the front.
    - New CV joints
    - All new bushes
    - Auto Gearbox Service
    - New rear muffler (existing one filled with carbon!)
    - New brakes front & back
    - New drums (old mechanic was a doosh and runined them)

Due to the fact that Daihatsu no longer really exists their prices are rediculous & that's the only place you can get it from!

Option was either to sell the car or fix it.... No point buying another crap & having to do this all over again!

Thank God for the 'first home owners grant'!

where did you get it fixed at ? that sounds as bit high....
but you did the right thing in fixing it rather than selling it and buying someone Else's problems.....
