Clearly bigger is better so just order the biggest you can get - it'll work

    got some more bits today

oil cooler + relocated filter(will be making y own adaptor to bolt to the block)

new tailshaft center bearing and timing chain guide. this ones the cheap one, the tensioner guide is friggin pricey!!

and i thought id throw up a few pics of a mates car i work on when i feel like messing around at work

hes had a custom mix thrown over the top, still needs some finishing off. hes changing the bonnet, since the monaro scoops have cracked towards the back.

was making the mirrors for my vp, but decided to go with stock(theyre too round for a vp). theyre the m3 style mirrors you can find on ebay, but i cut the hole bit out of it and joined it together. thats as far as id gotten, so he filled the gaps and smoothed them.

had them painted, and i wired them up the other week. they came out pretty good, but the drivers mirror doesnt go out far enough, half the mirror is car but he doesnt mind, since hes running 5% tint

put an amp back in today, and redid the top amp mounts so theyre hidden(mostly).

he did the sub box and walls himself, has come out pretty good.

ill get some better full pics oneday

oh, the guy doing my head and block work wants to balance the bottom end, so im giving him the rods, flywheel, etc.

Ahh, Ash's car. It's so nice! I have to do a steal. Just dont like the mirrors. :S
His done a good job to it though.
Might come in today and look for some tools that my dad wants me to buy for myself...
The parts seem to be flying in at a standard rate.
You just wish it was faster hey?

daveys street head shed in morwell i think it is(dads the one dropping it all off/picking it up, as he has tie with work to do it)

bore, hone, acid dip and decking the block and lower timing cover i think was $210 all up.

havent paid for it yet, as hes still doing the head and crank and stuff.

ok, so im confused... the woofer and speaker setup are NOT on the bimmer? right? i mean, after all the dollars your spending on getting your CR up, your not gonna stick in an extra 100pounds of stereo equipment.. right?

otherwise its loooks sweeeet. i am really keen to see what good ol' nazi tech can pump out actually. be really good if you went so far as a dyno run too. having said that, has anyone ever hooked up a JC dyno run day?

less is more for this little beast.(though i have considered dropping one amp and sub(or both subs) in temporarily for shits n giggles ) battery in boot makes it easy

think theres been a couple dyno days, ia get my ass to one once the bmw hits the road again.

lol JC dyno run days always die in the ass with the planning.

If you can organize one then great., i'll come but its been tried and failed shitloads in the past.

We usually just jump onto other car group dyno days like street commodores etc
