Not the best result after what shouldve been a kick arse first race. Last year I put $20 on at the TAB for Skaife to be 1st and his odds were quite low, so I made some coin!
I was going to do the same this year for Skaife and Tander but never got around too it. Had I done it I wouldve made something, but then it went downhill from there with Ford winning 1-2-3 then winning the last round.
All in all a good weekend. I was worried Friday night when there were thunderstorms and heavy rain where I live, just 15 mins from the track. It made for a very muddy experience on Saturday but it gradually dried out.
I bungled up the camera, so I used another JC members camera for the weekend, I'll wait til I can attack it to get the pics off it, or wait til their uploaded. I think I got something like 200 odd shots
