Jack Daniels exhaust note

anybody notice the new exhaust note from the kelly car. sounds much more like a open wheeler. apparently old Perkins has changed the exhaust manifold/muffler setup. definitly different. i wonder what sort of difference it makes in power/torque output?

Ya i think i just heard it in race 1 sounds really like a high pitched scream, works well cause he finished 4th hehe, best race i seen in a long time, Tander was all over the back of whincup for the whole race, amazing driving from the top 3 not one mistake made.

When hey sppoke with Larry at Bathurst he admitted to having re-designed the 'collector' resulting in the very changed/different exhaust sound. I like it.

yeh different muffler they said at bathurst, but that was all he said, he didn't want to go into detail about it, which is farenough
