as i type this message, 9pm qld time on the 20th of feb 2004 we have got 997 member's

big word up to darren (fans of tripple j will know what i mean by word up, go adam )
by the end of the year, i wanna see 3000 members let's make it happen

spread the word of justcommodores and let's take it to the top

i just wanna say congrats to all the team from justcommodores.com on the 1000th member! what a milestone. i signed up mid december and ii wasnt even in the 500's. lets hope there is many more to come!

the site is growing quick from when i first signed up in october or something the forums were slow but now there is a new thread nearly everyday in the VS forums where i frequent mostly......now all we need is more people using the chat and it will be a good community

No it cant be csweb. The user would have joined on the 20th or 21st of Feb. He joined too early, and the user numbers could be a bit screwed. That happens.

I'll try and find out who member #1000 was, not sure whether it's possible but we'll see we go.

csweb is certainly the 1000th member who joined on the 19th February.

The member number is like giving someone's account a reference code. Your computer and the server doesnt recognise you by your user name all that often, but mainly by your number.

When you sign up you get a number, which is usually just the #th person who has joined, so I can say I was the 662nd person to join. But in reality, if a server has some issues with counting, it can leave a few blank spaces, so numbers that dont correspond to a member. So I may be number 662, but I am only the 650th member. That was my theory, and I have administered a forum that had that exact problem.

The front page member count shows you how many accounts there are, not what number the count is up to, so it is correct. But since csweb joined before there were 1000 members you cant say he is the 1000th member, but he is the member with number 1000.

But if Darren says he's number 1000, I guess he is

So what your telling me is that its not the f*%#ing computer overheating and misplacing stuff that I, obviously thought, put on it, and getting bad sectors on the HDD, and is such a poor loser that when I start to beat it it in a game it goes back to XP.

All along I thought it was the old computer...then I bought a brand new one and its worse than the old one...............but obviously its this idiot hitting these bloody keys thats is going nuts and can't find his own head let alone his mind........
