Hey Guys,
Well amongst everything else we have been busily taking care of MuNtEd pointed out a piece of software for chatting this morning which fits perfectly into how we operate around here (Database).

The short of it all we now have a fully operational chat for members only which can be found on the main web site under Live Chat or alternatively a link directly to it here.

You must be logged in order to access the chat. Simply login through the front page and you should be able to get in. I've just checked the database and your there no problem so not being logged in can really be the other thing I can think of.

Let me know if you have any other problems.

The support for this program isn't all that flash so I don't expect a reply for a while, it's been a few days so far with nothing.

I really don't know what is causing the problem. I have tried as much as I can do within my abilities to no avail so far. The visible way around it is to add another room and password protect the other which works but we will end up with a whole swag of rooms there which simply aren't being used.

The IRC channel will serve the same purpose as the chat just without the head banging smiley

Just a quick one for you all.

I have managed to workout how to go about getting rid of the problem with the chat where the user simply stays there and times out.

I am yet to try it live while people in the chat so we'll see how we go.

I thought that may have been the case, very strange that's for sure. It's not letting me as in it's saying I'm there but won't even open the page. I might try another couple of computers and see what happens.
