Arrow VR bad wheel alignment on back wheels with IRS

Hi i have a Vr Acclaim with IRS . The problem s that the inside of the back wheels wear more than the outside. The wheel alignment at the back if fixed set so how can i correct this problem. I heard i could buy this kit that would rectify this problem. How much would this cost? Any sugestions

Yep you can buy them, camber kit. It's just a offset bush that has the hole not in the middle so you can adjust the angle of the rear wheels, look on ebay or ask at an auto shop. I think they are about 100 bucks?

these are available in the JC shop http://shop.justcommodores.com.au/catalog/ a good investment and cheaper than replacing tyres

To have this done for you, i called around everywhere asking about it for my VS Calais.

The cheapest i found was $360 installed, that included the full front and rear allignment.

I was hunting around for 2 or 3 weeks.

sounds about right it takes about 4 hours just to fit not including the parts

fit the bushes yourself if you can and then get the wheel alignment done. if you do it yourself, assemble everyhting but don't tighten the bolts untill the wheels are on and it's sitting on the ground then do up the bolts, this way everything is sitting in the proper place and the bushes don't bind in there normal positions

hi guys and girls, do these camber kits just slip in. the old ones do they need to be cut out or is there a easy way to get the old ones out on the irs rear end on my vr ss commy.
