Repco are asking $725 for the rockers.
Also asked about the 71mm YT throttle body which they are askin $380!!! $100 more than on Ebay.
Might be worth shooting an email to VPW or Rocket... They should save you $100 or so on the rockers if they sell them.

Honestly I don't believe half of the forum members.
You buy parts from parts retailers (middle man) when most of the time you can buy direct (using direct deposit by email)and have them delivered to your door.
Try contacting Yella Terra Direct on 03 9555 5522.
It may not be any cheaper but at least you get what you need not what the repco or who ever salesman thinks you need.
As far as the YT throttle being $100 dearer than ebay you can go even cheaper for a 69mm version which starts even lower: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ECOTEC-PORTED...QQcmdZViewItem
So fellas as they say let your fingers to the walking and stop dealing with sometimes dumb shop assistants.
Col.

Scrapping the middle man does not always save you money mate. They are not particularly cheap from YT, as I would be paying retail price anway, Repco get them for trade price and have their own mark up on top of that... Generally mail order sites like VPW and Rocket will be considerably cheaper than buying direct from YT as their mark up is smaller because they have fewer costs to cover than actual stores like Repco. Yella Terra themselves have said on SC that the cheapest place to buy their rockers are VPW and Rocket, unless Yella Terra are having one of their sales. It just so happens this set of rockers is the only ratio those sites do not have, perhaps because they are new. And I fail to see how me asking for a price on rockers is getting what the Repco man thinks I need? All I would be getting is what I asked for... I also fail to see the harm in shopping around?
Also, that throttle body is for a VS... So its no good for us. Besides, it will end up going for over $200 anyway so there wont be any major difference between that and the YT one. If I wanted just a cheap TB, I would just get a V8 TB from the wreckers, but I want a Yella Terra one, not a no name I ported my own throttle body in my shed kind of throttle body.
