just pull the handle back and release for each gear selection (makes a cool ratcheting sound) and push the handle down and forward to reach reverse and park (so you cant hit backwards by mistake!)

I think it's a quicksilver model painted black (wasnt me!!)

Will it suit t400, t700?

Post probably $15 or so, will get exact quote if you want it. Sorry don't know what it will suit, came with VB orig 253 and orig trans. 3 spd auto. Think you can get brackets for it for diferent housings on gaybay.

Either that or whoever buys my shifter gets Blown R8's cable and knob for free!!!
