conversion plate? lol no mate i think you man be mixed up with the series 1 vn and series 2 vn / vp / vr and some vs. The flywheel on the series 1 vn is a 6 bolt compared to the 8 bolt on the other models i mentioned, if i inteded to convert a vp to manual using a series 1 vn setup, you would need a replacement 8 bolt flywheel, this sale is not the case though. A Manual conversion is basically a unbolt / bolt up job, no "conversion plate" needed.

Just wanting to add you dont need to sell the loom mate, just the computer, goodluck with sale, price is fair.

Other way around. ECU is the same auto and manual, and so are the tunes. Loom is different. Manual loom has a 2-wire connector for the reverse light switch instead of the 3-wire auto trans connector for converter lockup.etc. Auto loom isnt hard to modify but no need when you have the manual loom.

EDIT: Seems some tunes varied according to http://www.memcals.com/rcc_info_memcals.html.

VN/VP auto/manual both used the 808 ECU. VR+ used a heap of different ones.

you can buy a "conversion plate" from castlemaine rod shop to bolt the manual flywheel to a 6 bolt crank on the auto engines, just wasnt sure what model they stoped using the 6 bolt setup.

as ask what is missing, well it is missing spigot bearing, clutch cable, thrust bearing, pressure plate, clutch plate, flywheel bolts all stuff that you wouldn't use s/hand

the wiring loom that it comes with is a manual loom that plug's in under the head unit as factory fitted

well you can use all those things secondhand depending on condition but not always the spiogot bearing, as for the flywheel bolts, they should be included too mate, so technically its not a full conversion.

You should never re-use flywheel bolts, period. Theyre the only things making sure your feet stay where they are. The effects of inertia arent pretty when things go wrong lol

It does not say complete conversion man as for the flywheel bolts they are one use only as they stretch with tension when you do them up you can bye new ones from holden as for the spigot bearing they are a brass bush that tap in to the end of the crank it will be loss in the end of the crank if ya reuse it,

if ya dont wont to bye it stay the f#ck out of the tread man
