TomTom GO720 GPS Units

Here i have a great deal for everyone:

I have available quite a few TomTom GO720 units available for sale!

All units are ex-returns or ex-repairs. However, do not dismiss on these grounds. JC members will get best units available of the bunch. All units will come with factory 12 month warranty from date i receive funds from you.

All units will be provided with all TomTom accesories, each box will be checked by myself personally with a TomTom representative and updated to latest maps and software (as well as we will both test every unit before agreeing it is in ok to sell condition), guaranteeing that your GPS will be all ready to go out of the box and be up to date.

Please note that as software will be updated, all GO720 units effectivly become the same as a GO730 unit. The only difference between the two units is that the GO720 has a 3 hour battery life after charger is disconnected and the GO730 has a 5 hour battery life. Please note these figures are maximums and are generally not exact due to other conditions.

Current asking price for a GO730 is $477.

Price for one of these GO720's is $380. Plus postage (or if you want to pickup that can be arranged, or delivery at a meet, for NSW guys see note 1 below).

Whil on the topic of prices, i will add details about extended warranty. You have the option to extend the warranty for an extra 2 or 4 years. Giving a total of 3 or 5 years protection total, respectively. This warranty is a replacement warranty and not a fix. Because the GO720's will not be available at this time this means that if it does break it will be replaced with the newer model (whatever is out at the time). Warranty does cover fair wear and tear, meaning if you can wear it out under normal use (e.g. touch screen dies) then it is still covered. Please note, first year is covered by TomTom regardless, if you choose the extended warranty this covers you in the extended period.
Prices for the warranties are:
+2yrs Warranty: $47
+4yrs Warranty: $70

Am i nuts? Maybe, GO720 with a 4 year extended warranty works out to be: $450.... STILL under the price of a GO730 which does the same thing but only with a one year repair warranty.

So people know, there were 3 repair units in the pile that are brand new. TomTom replaced them with brand new units. They will be loaded up with newest software and new maps and sent off to the first 3 people to buy them. Full 1 year warranty from the date i recieve money from you (receipt will be provided with that date).

Also news, Sydney trip cancelled.
