Selling my vp v6 t5 gearbox. cos i'm doing a v8 conversion.

This was behind my 180k VP V6. engine was a bit worked, but box had no dramas, never got used for burnouts or anything. diff was a single pegger so no point.

I drained the box oil when i took it out of the car and it was still pretty good, ran a Hard disk magnet through the oil it and there was only 2 flecks of stuff in there.

Shifted fine, only issues i had was a slight tapping/knocking noise when it was in neutral and the clutch out, which i think is adjustment.

also it jumped out of 2nd every 1000th shift, but this could have just been lazy shifting not pushing it into the gate entirely, i was never sure.

the 2nd jumping thing could also be worn detent balls or detent springs, but its such a nonissue i would't bother
