YEs it is modded/banned just as any other modded box will be if you take it online. Other than that works fine only bought at christmas last hdmi model build date of 20/08/2008. Comes with over 100 games can email you a list of them if you wish. Comes with charge kit and battery. hdmi cable inc unfortunetly composite cable is damaged due to my missus' rabbit can include if you wish to fix yourself

Selling because as some may know im moving house and have a baby on the way and basically dont play it anymore forza 3 has been the only game ive really played in about 6 months
